NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting (a) a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the production of predominantly oil be established for the Mississippian, Woodford, and Hunton common sources of supply underlying Section 28, Township 14 North, Range 12 West, Blaine County, Oklahoma, by extending Order No. 656898; (b) the Mississippian and Hunton common sources of supply are conventional reservoirs and as such the completion interval for the horizontal well in a horizontal well unit shall be located not less than 660 feet from the boundary of the 640-acre horizontal unit; and (c) the Woodford common source of supply is an unconventional reservoir and pursuant to OAC 165:10-29-2 the completion interval of a horizontal Woodford well drilled in a horizontal well unit shall be located not less than 165 feet from any north/south unit boundary and not less than 330 feet from any east/west unit boundary.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that there is no current production from the Mississippian, Woodford, or Hunton common sources of supply underlying Section 28.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the horizontal well unit may exist concurrently with any non-horizontal drilling and spacing unit and each unit may be concurrently developed; therefore the following existing spacing order is not being vacated: (a) Order No. 115876 established a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Chester, Mississippian Limestone and Hunton common sources of supply underlying Section 28.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause may request the following special relief: that the Order be made effective on a date prior to hearing.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, First Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M. on the 4th day of April, 2017, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and phone number.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event this cause is uncontested, the Applicant, its attorney, representatives, witnesses and other proponents of the Applicant may appear and conduct the hearing by telephone from either the Tulsa office facility, 440 S. Houston, Suite 114, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127, or at the Oklahoma City facility, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
