By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above entitled action on August 3, 2016, in the amount of $829,909.61, I will sell at public auction in Room B-12 (level G) of the Safety Building, 821 W. State Street, in the city of Milwaukee, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin on November 5, 2018, at 10:30 A.M., all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:

TERMS: 10% down in cash, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Milwaukee County Clerk of Circuit Court with the balance due to the clerk of court within ten (10) days of the confirmation hearing; failure to pay the balance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Upon confirmation of the sale by the Court, purchaser will be required to pay all recording fees and, if desired, the cost of title evidence.
