Arbon Drive, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, 53223, until May 2, 2024 at 11:00 am, local time. Bids are required to be submitted electronically through www.QuestCDN.com. Bids will be publicly opened and read through an online meeting. The project area contains of approximately 2 acres at the West end of W River Ln. in the Village of Brown Deer, Wisconsin. The Project consists of a base bid for construction of a new park and restroom facility, with three alternative bids for the construction of a solid precast concrete modular block pump track, new parking lot facility, and a skate plaza. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 330 tons of asphalt pavement, 14,200 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 750 linear feet of concrete curb and cutter, 675 cubic yards of excavation common, 280 linear feet of storm sewer, 9 - 48" diameter Storm structures, 60 linear feet of sanitary sewer Pipe, 40 linear feet of water pipe, 3,600 square yards of lawn and landscape restoration, 220 square yards of Astroturf, 4,200 square feet of sport court surface, and 670 linear feet of 6' tall Fence. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the Village of Brown Deer, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 60-day period after the date of the bid opening.
