REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS MILWAUKEE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES CHILDREN YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICESMilwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services, Children, Youth & Family Services (CYFS), is seeking a provider to facilitate the Forward-Thinking Journal Series with young people as they transition from secure care back to the community.
