REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP-2023-007: Pre-Trial ProgramsMilwaukee County ("County") invites responses to this Request for Proposal ("RFP") from qualified, experienced Offerors interested in providing Programming and services to Participants involved in the Milwaukee County Criminal Justice System as further described in the RFP's Scope of Work. This RFP is intended to allow for multiple awards. This means interested Offerors may propose to provide only one of the Programs, multiple Programs, or all Programs. No preference will be given to Offerors based on the number of Programs they propose. However, some Program elements must be proposed together to ensure high quality service delivery to the Program Participants. The awarded Vendor will work cooperatively with the Chief Judge, Judiciary, JOM, Treatment Court Coordinators, and all other agencies identified in the RFP to provide the Pre-Trial Programs identified in the Scope of Work for Participants throughout Milwaukee County.Proposals are due by 4:00 PM CST on Friday, May 5, 2023.
