At 10:00 AM on April 9, 2024, the bids will be publicly opened. The project consists of reconstruction of the concrete alleys East of N Elm Tree Road and East of N Ironwood Lane, between W Rock Place and W Glendale Avenue. The project also includes concrete pavement, sidewalk, and driveway replacement, as well as alternative bid items for storm sewer and traffic calming concrete median islands.
