OFFICIAL NOTICESUBJECT: Sole Source Justification - Xylem/Evoqua to provide New Flights, Chains, and Associated Small Parts for Primary Clarifiers 1, 4, 8, 10, and 12 at the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility (SSWRF) Xylem/Evoqua (formerly Envirex) is the OEM manufacturer of all the existing moving parts for the primary clarifiers at SSWRF. The replacement parts must fit and operate with existing OEM parts, sprockets, motors, gearboxes, etc. Shop drawings and/or specifications for the flights, chains, and other small associated parts are not available; therefore, parts cannot be supplied by another manufacturer. You hereby have five (5) working days from the date of this publication to appeal this award.
